Wholesale Information

ITO EN offers wholesale pricing only to qualified retailers and distributors. We may offer wholesale distribution in your area. For all others, we offer wholesale pricing on select products purchased through our website. However, UPS shipping charges do apply to online wholesale orders.

To have access to our wholesale site, you will need to submit the form below including a valid federal tax ID number and resale certificate. We will also require a hard copy of the resale certificate for our files. Once we have confirmed your eligibility, we will provide you with a user id and password for access to our wholesale website. Our wholesale website only accepts a credit card as payment and we do not offer Net 30 terms through our website at this time.

Bottled Drinks
If you are a retailer or food service facility and are interested in our bottled drink products, please submit the form below and fax a copy of your resale certificate to 718.246.1325. You may also email your resale certificate to: customerservice@itoen.com.

Loose Teas
If you are interested in carrying ITO EN bulk loose teas, please contact our retail store at 1.888.697.8003 Monday-Friday 10am-8pm ET or complete the form below and fax a copy of your resale certificate to 212.570.4500. We do not offer wholesale pricing on bulk loose teas on our website at this time.
