Current Openings: Customer Service & NY DSD Operation Assistant-Brooklyn, NY (Part Time) ITO EN is seeking a courteous, talented, and responsible customer service and NY DSD Operation Assistant in our Brooklyn, NY office. Candidates should be able to answer inquiries from customers, take orders by phone, prepare loading information for delivery, make invoices on QuickBooks, and follow up on Account Receivables. Hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Required skills: MS Word and Excel. Bilingual (Korean, Japanese, or Spanish) and experience with QuickBooks is a plus.
